Internationally certified, we have established an organization with a family atmosphere that offers the finest Taekwon-Do instruction available.

Taekwon-Do Training Centers is honored to be licensed by and affiliated with the International Taekwon-Do Federation under the leadership of President Choi Jung Hwa, 9th Dan, and the United States International Taekwon-Do Federation under the leadership of Master Robert N. Wheatley, 8th Dan.

Master Terry Batch 7th Dan is the Michigan State Director of the (USITF) United States International Taekwon-Do Federation.

CHILDREN & FAMILIES
Studies have shown that children in Taekwon-Do have an increased sense of responsibility, a decrease in the willingness to take foolish risks and a higher sense of self-esteem. Many doctors have prescribed Taekwon-Do because of the positive outlet it gives children for all of their energy. At Taekwon-Do Training Centers we promote good behavior that carries over into both home and school. Families can enjoy training in classes together.

ADULTS
For adults, Taekwon-Do is like an exercise program with a bonus. You learn to defend yourself while you get into shape. The emphasis on mind-body training goes far beyond the benefits of the standard health club type exercise programs. Taekwon-Do is well known for its stress relieving benefits and once you incorporate it into your lifestyle, you will feel revitalized, gain strength and flexibility, and attain the energy and motivation that you need to get through the busiest and most challenging of days.
